Here Are Some Tips To Protect You From Your Cell Phone


Cell phones have become so engrained into our daily lives, although the amount of research on how they may affect our health is building, linking disease states such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Lou Gehrig’s Disease, Brain fog, Heart disease, miscarriage, infertility, insomnia, learning impairment, anxiety and depression.

Here are some great tips to help decrease your exposure to the EMF rays they emit.

1. Text, don’t talk whenever possible

2. Use speaker or headphones from an ipod to keep the phone as far away from your head as possible.

3. Disconnect- When you are not using your cell phone shut it off, especially at night when you are sleeping…do this for your in home wireless router as well.

4. Don’t carry it in your clothing; pockets, etc…get it away from your body.

5. Don’t use it in tight spaces that can become small EMF boxes (elevators, cars, buses, trains, subways)- in these places the signal amps up for coverage.

6. Purchase a phone with a low SAR (specific absorption rate)

7. Consider a cell phone diode to attach to your phone.
